Location: Birmingham, Hybrid 3 days per week in office

Pay: 24,750

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs

We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable, high organised and passionate person to join our team in Birmingham, to help deliver exceptional service to our business stakeholders, if this sounds like you, then why not apply!

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process supplier invoices and perform voucher entry checks. Manage automated and manual payments, direct debits, and cash allocations. Complete daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow reporting. Allocate customer remittances using Rimilia and Alloc8 systems. Reconcile supplier statements and address unapplied cash and cheques. Support the month-end closing process with balance sheet reconciliations. Uphold best practice in compliance, procurement, and control processes.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Experience in financial transaction processing (Accounts Payable/Receivable). Or a recent finance graduate looking for that big first step into corporate life. Great attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Navision is a plus. Studying towards or willing to obtain a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
