We are a Fire and Security Systems company based in BL6 and are currently looking to recruit an Accounts assistant
Duties include but are not limited to:
Sales Ledger including invoicing, credit control, posting and allocating customer receipts.
Purchase Ledger including checking, matching and posting purchase invoices, supplier statement reconciliations, making supplier payments.
Bank reconciliations
Monthly journals including payroll journal
Prepayments, accruals, fixed asset register
Monthly reports
Administrative assistance
Any other duties requested by the management
Applicants must have experience in a busy accounts department and have excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office and Sage 50.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
