We are a fast-growing company looking for a skilled Accounts Assistant to play a key role in within the finance department. This is a brilliant opportunity to join our amazing team and make a real impact on our business.

Role & Responsibilities



Raise and check sales invoice from marketplace platforms.

Accurately check supplier invoices against agreed contracts and rates.

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate financial ledgers.

Provide necessary documentation and support during external audits.

General administrative and ad hoc duties.

Skills required:



Proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot tables)

Experience with Sage advantageous, but full training will be given.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
