Responsibilities
Processing Landlord Payments
Recharging Utility Bills to Tenants
Paying Contractors
Invoice processing and payment scheduling
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as they arise
Utilise bespoke Lettings Software for daily operations
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Maintain organised records of transactions and documentation for audits
Requirements
Proficiency in Computing and data entry
Experience in accounts payable or related financial services roles is preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Proficient data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new systems
