As our Accounts Assistant, your key role is to deal with all aspects of the Company's invoicing, and support the day to day running of the office, alongside the Office Manager, Works Manager and Directors. Your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
All aspects of office accounting administration and Sage, ensuring that all invoices are sent to customers in a timely and efficient manner
Customer emails queries/requests
Any other duties as nominated by company directors/office manager
Experience:
Extensive knowledge in Accounting (ideally)
Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage (ideally)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
