KCR Solutions are excited to be recruiting an Accounts Assistant for an excellent manufacturing company in Cramlington. Reporting into the Financial Controller this is a hands-on position working in a small team. Main duties will include:
Raising purchase orders
Processing purchase invoices
Resolving supplier queries
Preparing weekly and monthly payment runs
Posting cash to ledger
Statement reconciliations
Preparing and processing invoices
Collecting card payments from clients
Liaising with clients to collect payments
Cover for weekly payroll, including journal preparation
Reconciling company credit cards
* Maintaining material import spreadsheet for quarterly HMRC import returns
