The successful candidate will provide essential support across a broad range of accounting activities ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations.
Main Responsibilities
Preparing and submitted TSS returns
Assisting with data preparation and validation, and ongoing maintenance of internal databases within the ERP system
Processing purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
Performing account reconciliations
Assisting with credit control activities when required
Liaising with suppliers and internal department to resolve queries
Supporting audit preparation
Providing general administrative and accounts support when required
Criteria
Experience in a similar role
Experience using SAGE and/or Netsuite & Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of TSS is desirable, though full training will be provided
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Have a proactive & positive approach to work
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills & ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
