An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in our privately owned Cheshire based hotels, The Boutique Hotel Group. The group currently consists of the Prestigious Peckforton Castle, Nunsmere Hall Hotel and Inglewood Manor.
This role is to be based at Inglewood Manor
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
Purchase Ledger - Inputting invoices, making payments and dealing with supplier queries
Sales Ledger - Invoicing, receiving payments and credit control
Daily Banking - Including cash and card terminal reconciliation
Petty Cash, including floats and safe counts
Reconciling and posting daily revenue including adjustments
The ideal candidate would have the following experience:
Previous experience of working in a finance role (essential)
Experience in using Sage Accounts (preferable)
Able to meet deadlines and prioritise workload
Have a good working knowledge of Excel (essential)
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have the following

Be organised with a high attention to detail
Professional, reliable, confidential, well-presented and approachable
Be prepared to move between sites for holiday and cover and training
