What you'll be doing::
As our Accounts Assistant you'll assist in the day-to-day activities and month end tasks across the Finance department.
Additional responsibilities include:Reconciliation of bank accounts
Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
Maintaining Prepayments schedules
Monthly cost analysis
Assisting with quarterly VAT returns
Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as required
We want to hear from you if you::
Have experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
Are either Degree qualified in Accounting/Finance or AAT Qualified
Have excellent organisational and time management skills
Are competent with Microsoft Excel, along with experience of accounting systems - Microsoft Great Plains would be advantageous
