Reports to: Finance Director

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00

Based: Glasgow HQ

Salary: 28,000 per annum.

ABOUT THE ROLE



We are looking for an Accounts Assistant with previous experience in a similar role to support with the daily operations in our Finance Department.

You will report to the Finance Director and support the Finance Department in their operations including sales ledger, month end processes and preparation of management accounts.

ABOUT YOU



The successful candidate will have experience in maintaining accurate records with strong attention to detail, in addition to excellent customer service skills and time-keeping skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Support with Sales Ledger activity Support the team with month end processes Support the team in the preparation of management accounts Raise invoices and support emailing them to clients Create and maintain excellent customer relationships through professional dealings with customers Weekly report on business activities throughout the group. Assisting with preparation of financial information to group board/shareholders.

REQUIREMENTS:



Previous experience in a similar role Competence in developing processes and preparation Monthly MI Finance System Experience Microsoft Excel proficiency Security or Construction industry experience is desirable but not necessary.
