PTSL has an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our team due to rapid business growth. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Assistant will provide vital support with day-to-day financial operations and help ensure the smooth running of our finance function.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can assist with maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and supporting financial controls and reporting processes.

Responsibilities



Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims in line with company procedures. Support accounts payable and receivable activities. Prepare and process bank payments; record incoming receipts. Perform reconciliations of bank statements and internal company accounts. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Maintain accurate records across spreadsheets, ledgers, and finance systems. Support the preparation of financial reports. Respond to internal and external finance queries in a timely and professional manner. Assist with payroll processing and other ad hoc finance duties as required. File and organise financial documents, ensuring compliance with audit and company standards.

Requirements



Minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance or accounting support role.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing workload in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
