Here at

, you will work closely with the Financial Controller on all aspects of the accounts, while receiving ongoing support to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed in your role.
Responsibilities
This is a broad role covering Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and Bank as well as various month-end tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Posting invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts, non-supplier/customer transactions and employee expense claims onto Sage
Preparing the monthly payment run for review, ensuring all supplier payments are kept up to date and reconciling month-end balances to supplier statements
Assisting with credit control as required
Running and distributing bank statements, checking daily bank payments and uploading payments to the Bank and EchoSign to be authorised as required
Completing Daybook reconciliations between Foursky and Sage, agreeing group purchase ledger balances at year-end and half-year-end to meet reporting deadlines, and gathering information for submission to the external auditors
Other ad hoc tasks as required by the Assistant Financial Controller
Qualifications

. There are lots of training opportunities available to accompany this role too. We are looking for an individual with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. Great attention to detail would also be fantastic as well as experience in using Excel.
