About the Role



We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Accounts Assistant

to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for numbers who is also happy to support general office administration.

Duties



Assist with accounts payable and receivable Maintain and update financial records Process invoices and expense claims Support bank reconciliations Prepare basic financial reports Assist with payroll preparation Respond to finance-related queries General office administration (filing, data entry, answering phones, scheduling) Support with ad hoc tasks as required

About You



Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time management skills Confident using Microsoft Excel and Sage200 software Excellent communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to assist with a variety of admin tasks
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
