Duties
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Maintain and update financial records
Process invoices and expense claims
Support bank reconciliations
Prepare basic financial reports
Assist with payroll preparation
Respond to finance-related queries
General office administration (filing, data entry, answering phones, scheduling)
Support with ad hoc tasks as required
About You
Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Confident using Microsoft Excel and Sage200 software
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to assist with a variety of admin tasks
