About The Role
The position requires good understanding of the Xero accounting system and basic accounting or bookkeeping skills
The Role will include the following duties:
Maintain Sales and Purchase Ledger on Xero for multiple entites
Raise invoices for client services
Reconcile and process supplier invoices against Purchase Order
Statement reconciliations
Reconcile various bank statements
Assist with preparation of VAT Returns
Credit control
liaising with clients and suppliers
About You
Experience of bookkeeping or accounts
Understanding of the fundamentals of accounting processes
Inquiring mind and analytical
Accurate and detail conscious
Knowledge of Xero Software is preferable but not essential
Strong Excel Spreadsheet competence
Good communication skills and cheerful personality
Able to work unsupervised.

Training will be provided to support you to achieve the absolute best you can.
Immediate start available. You will be based in our office in Ipswich Town Centre.
