We are a small friendly well established company looking for someone mature minded to join our team on a part time basis working 18 hours a week (and 22 hours on alternative weeks) 12.30pm - 5pm Monday - Thursday and alternative Fridays 8.30am - 12.30pm but would be willing to be flexible. 5 weeks holiday a year plus Stats.
```Responsibilities```  
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, e-mailing and filing.  
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.  
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.  
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed.  
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update information.  
- Assist with bookkeeping using accounting software (Training will be given but knowledge of Sage would be an advantage).  
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
```Qualifications```  
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy is a must.  
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.  
- Good phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally.  
- Would be an advantage to have some familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.  
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or accounts assistant is preferred.
