Job Summary



Waterfield's is a well-established, family owned, 12 million turnover business which manufactures bakery products which it sells through its own 43 retail shops and to supermarkets.

We are seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to be a vital part in this small Accounts team.

Responsibilities:

Purchase Ledger

Sales Ledger

Retail Sales Takings

Invoice processing

Supplier payments

Supplier statement reconciliations

Dealing with invoice queries from customers and suppliers

Cashbook

Maintaining ingredient prices in the system

General office duties

This is a busy, hands-on environment but the right candidate will have the opportunity to have a varied role within the Accounts team.

Good IT skills (particularly Excel) and experience of accounting software (Pegasus, Sage or similar) is essential.

Experience - Experience in a similar role would be preferable.
