The Hotel Folk are looking for a conscientious and experienced
Accounts Assistant
to join their Finance team based at Thorpeness Golf Club and Hotel.
Working within a team of three, this new role is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced group of individuals to support in the creation of accurate and timely accounts and management information. The role includes assisting the team with predominantly sales and banking reconciliation tasks with the opportunity to learn and take on new things as appropriate to the business and individual.
The successful candidate will have a minimum GCSE grade A-C in Maths & English or equivalent, and at least three years' previous experience of working in a similar role within a small or medium sized company.
You will need good IT skills, specifically MS Excel to at least intermediate level. Previous experience of using Sage 200 is also required. You will also be dedicated to the details and have good organisational skills.
Hours of work are three days per week, preferably Wednesday - Friday with working hours 9am - 3pm. The role also benefits from 33 days holiday per annum pro rata to hours worked.
