to join our team in Lincoln. This is a part-time role, working one full day each week (Thursdays, 9am-5pm), where you'll play an important part in keeping our accounts accurate and up to date. You'll be hands-on with Xero, managing invoice reconciliations and supporting our finance function with day-to-day admin.

Key Responsibilities
Reconcile purchase invoices into Xero
Reconcile sales invoices into Xero
Maintain accuracy and consistency across financial records
Support the Managing Director and Accounts team with general financial admin
Assist with general admin duties where needed.
What we're Looking For
Experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Strong organisational and communication skills
