About The Role
Accounts Assistant - Residential Lettings
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Residential Lettings Accounts team in our London Head Office. We are looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant who is eager to build on their accounting experience within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our lettings accounts, including:
Processing tenant and landlord receipts and payments
Chasing arrears and resolving client queries
Bank reconciliations and preparing banking spreadsheets
Posting supplier invoices and processing card payments
Supporting the wider team with administration and ad hoc duties
What we're looking for
Ideally ARLA qualified, with at least 6 months' accounting experience (property/lettings experience desirable)
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
A team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently
Comfortable using Excel and accounting systems
