Overview
A solid Administrative Bookkeeping role, maintaining company finance records day to day, ensuring data is correct, current and accurate.
An exciting time for RC as large growth plans and investment from the directors into the current people, systems and culture
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Ledger Invoices In
Cashbook for all Group Companies
Monitor and maintain Creditors/Debtors
Preparation of Weekly Debtors report for distribution.
Maintaining accurate records for the PLEO Card system and Credit Cards
Reconciliation of Bank Account.
Bookkeeping for Investment Companies
Other ad-hoc tasks.
