Position Overview:
To process the day-to-day core sales billing transactions of the business and resolve related queries. To provide support to the Finance Manager, Management and staff of the business when required.
Responsibilities:
Activities to include:
Sales Ledger
:
Daily managing of Mirus invoice query ticket queue
Completing mid-month billing run
Managing and completing monthly User Billing process
Preparing and billing Capped Hours
Compiling and billing Courier Deliveries
Recharging SSL Certificates
Other:
Ad-hoc analysis / Sage downloads as requested
Ad-hoc reports and queries as requested
Ad-hoc cover of posting cash book transactions and reconciling bank accounts.
Any other tasks required by Mirus Finance Manager or Revenue Accounts Assistant
Qualifications & Experience:
Intermediate Excel skills
Good attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Good communication skills
Able to manage changing workload and priorities
Able to work both within a team and using own initiative
Desirable
Sales ledger experience
Working knowledge of Sage 200 or similar accounts package
Accounting qualification up to AAT or similar
