Job Description

:



As an Accounts Administrator at Archer & Co, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the financial stability of the estate agency. Based from our Monmouth branch, you will work closely with our accounting team and management, to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions accross the whole company.

Key Responsibilities:



Financial Data Entry:

Accurately record all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Reconciliation:

Regularly reconcile bank statements, accounts, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Expense Management:

Process and manage invoices, payments, and expenses while maintaining a well-organized and up-to-date filing system. Monthly Reporting: Produce accurate and timely monthly profit and loss statements to support financial planning and decision-making.

Invoicing and Credit Control:

Raise invoices and proactively follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.

Customer and Supplier Relations:

Handle financial queries from customers and suppliers with professionalism, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and accurately.

Document Management:

Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems for financial records, correspondence, and documentation in line with company policy and compliance standard

Skills and Qualifications:



Proven experience in an Accounting role (within the property industry is preferable, but not essential). Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage and Xero. Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Good understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Some knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 16,900.00-19,500.00 per year
