As our team expands, we're looking for an
Accounts Assistant
to join us at our Norwich HQ.
The Role
Reporting into the Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in the Finance team. This is a hands-on finance role, perfect for someone who thrives on working independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail on day to day tasks.
Key Duties
Review and process incoming invoices from suppliers
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
Assist with processing regular payment runs
Posting cashbook transactions and simple bank reconciliations
Follow up any outstanding invoices
Payroll admin
Key Skills
AAT qualification would be desirable but not essential
Strong purchase ledger and cashbook experience
Some payroll knowledge would be desirable but not essential
Excellent IT and communication skills
Please note this role will involve some regular travel to our Melton Constable Warehouse.
