LockFit Contracts Ltd -- the UK's largest locksmith and security provider with over 300 engineers nationwide -- is looking for a
highly organised Accounts Assistant
to join our head office support team.
We need someone who's confident with
Xero
, thrives on accuracy, and has a sharp eye for detail. You'll be supporting our finance function remotely, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes as we continue to grow at pace.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, expenses, and payments accurately using
Xero
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date ledgers
Support management with financial data and documentation
Liaise with suppliers, franchisees, and internal departments
Requirements:
Proven
Xero experience (essential)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet when handling sensitive information
