An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join us on a part time basis (20hours per week).
Responsibilities:
Process sales ledger invoicing and credit notes. Allocate and reconcile customer payments. Undertake credit control and chasing of overdue invoices. Prepare and send customer statements. Open and maintain customer accounts, running credit checks Support the accounts team with general administrative duties as required Handle incoming queries from customers via email and telephone regarding payments and invoicing ensuring clear and effective communication
Requirements:
Previous experience using Sage 50 is beneficial Experience with Odoo ERP would be an advantage Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of accounts, in particular sales ledger.
Hours & Benefits:
