Job Description
This role is to provide cover the Finance Manager in all aspects of the role
Tasks will include:
- Purchase ledger - matching Purchase orders to invoices inputting them on the system
- Sales ledger - creating the Sales invoice
- Credit control - inputting payments received
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Month end procedure.
The ideal candidate should have some accounting experience, be prepared to do
AAT
qualifications
, must be flexible and willing to learn. Must also be willing to do general office tasks including answering the telephone, dealing with emails and archiving.Days and times can be discussed at the interview stage.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
