An exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and friendly Property Investment and Development Company, situated in North Devon. We are looking to employ an individual to assist in the day to day running of our small Accounts Department on a part time basis, this will be 15 hours over 3 days.
This will include input of purchase invoices to our Sage accounting system, bank reconciliations, monitoring the accounts email, responding to Tenant/Supplier queries and general assistance to the Financial Controller. Whilst Sage experience is preferred full training will be given, however an overall knowledge of Microsoft 365 is essential.
Duties will include:
Processing of all Purchase Invoices to Sage
Processing of Bank Statements
Monitoring the Accounts email and responding to any Tenant/Supplier queries
Preparation of regular payment runs
Assisting the Financial Controller with any ad-hoc projects
The successful applicant will have:
Strong communication skills
Work well under deadlines
Excellent IT skills

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
