You will be supporting the accounting function of 4 companies, Regency Hampers Ltd, Regency Property Ltd, Mousehouse Gifts Ltd & Ellie Ellie Ltd. The role will also provide assistance to our external accountants when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Processing invoices and payments (Both sales and purchasing)
Downloading sales reports from SagePay, Sot Pay, Paypal, Amazon, NOTHS
Reconciling sales invoices shown in Xero to sales reports
Matching purchase invoices with delivery notes
Bank reconciliations
Credit Control
Payroll on occasion
Preparation for VAT returns
Candidate Requirements:
Experience using Xero accounting would be ideal.
Previous experience in a similar role
AAT/Part qualified/studying towards qualification or qualified through experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel.
Good communication skills at all levels.
Strong organisational skills
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00 per hour
