We're Redbrick Property Management - a growing block management business - and we're looking for a new
Accounts Assistant
to join our four-person accounts team.You'll help with issuing and chasing service charge invoices, setting up direct debits, inputting purchase ledger invoices, and keeping our accounts running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
Managing service charge invoicing and queries Chasing outstanding payments professionally Processing payments - card, direct debit, cheque, and bank Inputting and filing purchase ledger invoices Responding to emails and phone calls within 24 hours Supporting colleagues and covering tasks during absences
What we're looking for:
Friendly and professional communication Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise Basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills Willingness to learn and use initiative Previous accounts experience is great, but not essential - we're happy to train the right person
