Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator?

Are you looking to join an incredible team within the Finance sector?


Impact Futures Group is looking for someone to join our team initially on a 3 month contract with the potential prospect of joining permanently.


Please note, while this role is remote, there may be the occasional requirement to travel to our Birmingham Office

Role Purpose


================


The Accounts Administrator will support the finance team by managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting with administrative duties to maintain smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities


========================

Manage a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, document filing, and record maintenance. Assist in aged debt collection, via both telephone and email. Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting systems. Proactively contact customers to confirm account details, payment information, and resolve queries. Assist in booking of employee travel Support with processing supplier invoices and verifying account details. Support in processing employee expense claims.

Skills & Qualifications


============================

Proven experience in accounts administration or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
