Job description:
An experienced accounts assistant able to multi-task is required, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a practice environment i.e. working for multiple clients at the same time.
A high level of attention to detail is required, this will be tested as part of the application; those that do not complete the test will not be considered.
Full training can be provided - Accomplishment of, already studying or plans to study AAT NVQ or equivalent is desirable but not necessary.
A good work ethic and strong communication skills are a must.
Experience with accounting systems essential.
Start date - Negotiable, but ASAP
Home Working - Working from home at all times.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a high level of attention to detail are necessary, particularly where working will be remote.
Microsoft Excel user, preferably familiar with Xero and CRM experience.
Experience working across various accounting systems also required, though again, training can be provided.

Reconciling supplier statements
Processing sales / purchase invoices
Employee expenses
Nominal coding
Journals
VAT Returns
Management Accounts assistance
Financial Accounts assistance
Payroll Processing
Adhoc tasks
