TG Commercials are looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator to be located at our Thurcroft office on a part-time or full time maternity cover.
Duties would include but not limited to
Keeping the purchase ledger up to date.
Producing a weekly payment list.
Credit control.
Bank reconciliations.
Assisting on the hire desk.
End to end Sage Payroll (full experience essential).
VAT Returns (full submission experience essential).
Finance Agreement journal entry.
The ideal candidate
Part qualified AAT or equivalent and have good experience in a similar role.
Must have experience in Bank Reconciliations, Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Credit control, VAT Returns and submission to HMRC.
Must have experience using Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll software
The role is offered for either full time (5 days a week) or part time (3 days a week). Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications, subject to discussion at interview.
