As we continue to grow, we're looking to strengthen our finance function with the addition of a capable and motivated Finance Assistant.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This role is part-time, working 2 to 3 days per week, and is ideal for someone looking for flexibility within a collaborative and supportive environment.
You will be working primarily within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, supporting the smooth running of finance operations and assisting with core bookkeeping and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries using Business Central
Process supplier invoices and prepare payment runs
Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice queries
Support financial reporting and ad hoc projects as needed
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a finance/accounts assistant or similar role minimum 5 years
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential
Competent in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage workload independently and communicate effectively
