The Welton family is currently looking for a Finance Assistant for a small and friendly finance team.
This role will require a high level of accuracy and excellent communication skills with the ideal candidate ideally having a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase Ledger Invoice Processing
Weekly Payment Run Preparation
Cash Flow Management
Monthly Financial Reporting & Analysis
Payroll
Support the Finance Director with financial day-to-day tasks
Essential:
Good knowledge of Excel
Experience in preparing accurate Monthly Balance Sheet's along with accompanying schedules
Numerate with a passion for accuracy whilst working to tight timescales
Meticulous and self-organised with an ability to prioritise
Excellent attention to detail
Desirable:
Previous experience using Sage 50
