Accounts Assistant - FW3 Group
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to work within our Accounts department. Our Accounts team lost 2 long term employees last year due to retirement, and we are looking for that special person to join our friendly team and aspiring business.
FW3 group is a multi-channel operative distributor, supplier and retailer in the following product markets:
Pest Control
Cleaning products
Commercial Electrical Products
Commercial Washroom Products and Services
Water Boilers and Chillers
Garden Furniture
Beer
Water sports
The successful candidate will support the Accounts Team of the FW3 Group with processing business transactions for the group companies. Duties will include entering Supplier invoices onto the Accounting system Sage 200. Preparing Supplier payments and reconciling the invoices to the Supplier statements. Processing sales orders. Assist with reconciling the Amazon, Ebay, Paypal and Sagepay Customer receipts. Answer Customer and Supplier queries by email and telephone. Send Customers copy invoices and statements. Assist with Credit control by issuing letters and phoning Customers. Liaise with other departments to resolve queries relating to Customer Service issues and Stock variations. Admin support to include scanning leases and filing invoices.
Skills required: Competent IT Skills, including email and spreadsheets, Good written and verbal skills, Good attention to detail and confident with figures.
Person Attributes: A team player, tidy, positive attitude, cheerful disposition, professional, ability to meet deadlines and good a timekeeper.
The job is located at our site in Burlescombe - Woodlands Business Park, EX16 7LL - 5 Minutes from Wellington - 10 minutes from Tiverton.
Full training will be provided and the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to undertake a formal Accounting Apprenticeship or AAT training programme with qualification if required.
