Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in the heart of the catering equipment supply industry. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in our accounting processes. Located in the UK, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission of excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records. Support financial analysis and reporting activities. Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes. Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding financial matters. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounting or a related field beneficial Strong understanding of financial analysis principles. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. Proficiency in math and analytical skills. Familiarity with accounting software sage200 is a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: 12.60-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
