To provide comprehensive accountancy and administration services for our Client Accounts and Finance Team, and providing support for our Property & Asset Management, Facilities Management, and Building Surveying Teams. The role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, efficient processing of transactions, and excellent service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Services offered include property management, asset management, service charge consultancy for landlords and occupiers, and comprehensive building surveying and project management.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Management of supplier relationships including invoice processing, statement reconciliation, and query resolution through direct communication via email/telephone
Support property managers with tenant arrears management and maintain effective communication channels with tenants
Maintain accurate financial records through proper management of the purchase ledger inbox and processing of BACs payments
Assist with service charge processes including budget implementation and maintenance within the Property Management System
Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records both digitally and physically
Assist with lease maintenance updates and maintain accurate records within property management system
Complete regular reconciliation of supplier and utility statements
Review and maintain accuracy of spreadsheets and internal databases
Complete daily operational tasks to ensure smooth running of the department with focus on transparency and efficiency
Desired Skills and Expertise:
Strong numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify numerical errors
Meticulous with a strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of the importance of accuracy in all tasks.
Proficiency in property management systems (preferred) and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage fluctuating workload volumes and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with Asset Managers, Surveyors, and Facilities Managers
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Flexible approach to work with strong problem-solving abilities
