About the Role
As a Client Manager, you'll be at the heart of our client relationships--ensuring they feel supported, understood, and valued. You'll work closely with our Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, drive strategic outcomes, and foster long-term partnerships.
This is a leadership role where your communication skills, commercial awareness, and ability to inspire a team will be key to your success.
What You'll Be Doing
Client Relationship Management
: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Team Leadership
: Guide and support Account Managers and Senior Accountants, delegating tasks effectively to develop team capabilities.
Strategic Oversight
: Collaborate with Directors and Heads of Department to deliver consultancy and advisory services aligned with client goals.
Quality Assurance
: Review work, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and statutory requirements.
Workflow & Project Management
: Oversee assignment progress, manage deadlines, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within agreed budgets.
Client Engagement
: Lead client meetings, offer insights to improve business performance, and identify opportunities for additional services.
Training & Development
: Provide training to clients and team members on systems, bookkeeping, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
A qualified ACCA or ACA professional. If you're qualified by experience, we'd also love to hear from you.
Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and planning abilities.
Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
