Roxborough Group manages a portfolio of property, construction, and hospitality businesses across Northern Ireland. We're looking for a capable Accounts & Finance Administrator to oversee our financial systems and ensure accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and process invoices in Sage
Create customer invoices
Manage PAYE, VAT, and CIS returns
Produce weekly and monthly financial reports
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Handle subcontractor CIS variations and payments
Confirm weekly rotas and provide admin support
Liaise with management and external accountants
What We're Looking For:
Strong experience using
Sage Accounting software
Understanding of PAYE, VAT, and CIS rules
Preferably experience in construction or property accounts
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Must be
office-based
(no hybrid or remote work)
