What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied and flexible role, with day-to-day tasks including (but not limited to):

Preparing year-end accounts and tax returns Supporting customers with bookkeeping, real-time accounts, and management accounts Handling customer queries and offering proactive advice Assisting with tax planning and compliance Coaching and mentoring junior team members Participating in customer meetings and sharing insights Contributing ideas for continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

5+ years' experience in a UK accountancy practice Solid accounts and tax knowledge Confidence in working directly with customers Enthusiasm for being part of a team and office environment (Bonus) Experience with Iris and Xero
