We're now looking for an
Accounts Manager
to join our growing team and take ownership of a varied client portfolio.
What you'll do
Manage your own portfolio of charity clients and commercial clients - including year-end accounts preparation, management accounting and bookkeeping and tax.
Build trusted relationships and provide clear, practical support to clients.
Review and oversee work prepared by the team, ensuring high standards across your portfolio.
Lead, support, and develop team members, including supervision, training, and line management responsibilities.
Contribute to the continued growth of the firm through collaboration and process improvement.
What we're looking for
ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by experience.
Recent experience in practice, managing a client portfolio from start to finish.
Strong working knowledge of accounts preparation (charity experience or SORP knowledge is a plus); tax and bookkeeping.
Proven experience in line management or team leadership, with a supportive and inclusive approach.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting purpose-driven organisations.
What we offer
42,000 - 45,000 salary (dependent on experience)
