Duties
Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Monitor account performance and ensure timely delivery of services, addressing any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.
Prepare and present reports on account status, performance metrics, and opportunities for growth.
Utilise accounting software Xero to manage financial transactions related to accounts payable.
Assist clients with invoicing queries and ensure accurate billing processes are followed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a customer-focused environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting software Xero is highly desirable.
Familiarity with accounts payable processes and financial reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
