We are looking for an Accounts Administrator for a small but busy Plumbing, Heating and Gas Company in Ickleford.
We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable person who can work well under pressure. You will need to be organised and articulate and be able to multi task and prioritise your workload, to be a positive person with a can-do attitude.
You will also be required to cover the Scheduling role as when required. Training will be given.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Banking Reconciliation
Purchase ledger, paying suppliers monthly
Processing/reconciliation of monthly credit cards
Processing of Employees wages, including overtime and expenses
Chasing monthly debtors and sending out statements
Monitor and deal with Emails
Deal with Company Vehicles Database
Answer telephone calls and deal with any queries that arise
All other Accounting and Administration duties of a busy office
The successful candidate should have knowledge of the Xero Accounting Package or similar although training will be given to successful candidate.
Office Hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, you will receive 20 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays. Your own transport is essential as we are out of town
