We are looking for a flexible and experienced individual to join our team at Absolute Power Tools as an Accounts & Office Assistant.
The main task you will be undertaking is matching up our purchase delivery notes to their invoices and then entering them onto our Syrinx software. You will also deal with accounting queries and provide administrative support to the directors and other team members.
The role requires great attention to detail. You will be organised, methodical and enjoy working within a small team. We also use SAGE as our accounting software so a good understanding of its functionality is essential.
Ideally we are hoping to find someone who is also happy to help within our shop. This would include serving customers, packing away orders and answering the phone.
The number of hours available is around 15-20 hours per week. However this could be increased in time depending on experience.
The hours will be 9am-12pm or 1pm Monday - Friday.
Flexibility will be important especially around holiday cover. Once trained, there is the possibility that a Saturday morning is required once a month.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
