to join our busy accounts team and support the Client Rent Accounts Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career in accounts or administration who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the day-to-day management of client rent accounts
Processing rent payments, receipts, and transfers
Reconciling bank statements and updating records accurately
Supporting the Accounts Manager with arrears management and landlord payments
Handling email and telephone queries from tenants and landlords in a professional manner
General office administration duties as required

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Good numerical and IT skills (Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred)
Willingness to learn and develop within the role
Strong communication and organisational skills
