About the role:



We are actively looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator looking for a

new challenge. The is an exciting and wide-ranging role that will be reporting directly into the

Accounts Payable Manager but will also work closely with the AP and MA teams.



The role includes:



? Processing supplier invoices and purchase orders

? Creating and processing supplier payment files

? Reconciling supplier accounts

? Logging and actioning queries from suppliers and colleagues

? Processing of incoming post

? Other ad hoc activities at the direction of the Accounts Payable Manager



The role would suit an ambitious professional with a passion for AP who is looking to further

their career.



What we're looking for:



? Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a large organisation

? Used to working collaboratively in a team

? Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the business

? Accurate, diligent and conscientious with good attention to detail

? Experience using an accounting system an advantage

? Build effective and credible relationships both internally and externally

? Good organisational skills

? Ability to work to tight deadlines

? Good time management

? Ability to effectively use Microsoft Excel

? AAT qualified, part qualified or equivalent

? GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
