They are now seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Assistant to join their established finance team in Manchester.
Salary; 25,000
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices and expenses accurately and within deadlines
Work with expense management systems and corporate card platforms
Assist with month-end processes and reconciliations
Liaise with colleagues across the business to resolve queries promptly
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling financial information
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration
Knowledge of expense management systems and corporate card platforms
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Twinfield or similar)
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative team player
