Accountable for handling vendor invoices and employee expense processing, including reviewing Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) workflows and resolving vendor inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to; Reviewing, verifying, and processing vendor invoices
Reconciling invoices with Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts Notes, and Service Entry Sheets
Managing non-purchase order (NPO) invoice processing
Investigating and resolving inquiries with business teams and vendors
What we need to know about you
Essential
Qualifications & Training:
GCSE level
Experience & Knowledge:
+ Prior experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
+ Basic knowledge of Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes
Previous experience using financial systems
+
Skills & Competencies:
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Effective problem-solving abilities
+ Good verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

+ Self-motivated and disciplined
+ Adaptable to dynamic and changing environments

A-level or BTEC equivalent
Experience & Knowledge:
+ Competency with ERP systems, preferably SAP
+ Knowledge of VAT application
+ Previous experience working within a finance team
