Due to continued expansion we now have a vacancy for the following person at our East Kilbride Depot.
Key functions are:-
Processing a high volume of purchase invoices/credits ensuring accuracy & compliance.
Matching of supplier invoices/credit notes to correct purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
Ensuring all purchases and credits are accurately recorded for VAT purposes.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records and assist with month end reporting to meet deadlines.
To generally assist & support team members & the finance department where necessary.
Provide cover for other team members within the department.
Deal with internal and external queries in a professional and respectful manner.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
