If so, today might be your lucky day! We are recruiting for a new Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounts team at Cawingredients. We are a fast moving, profitable and sustainable soft drinks manufacturer based in Leeming Bar.

Main Purpose of the role:

Support the Accounts Payable Manager to provide a high level of service within the business and achieve an efficient and accurate service function within the finance department.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for document processing to ensure internal and external completeness, internal & external accuracy, and conformance with accounting guidelines and legislation on all routine tasks/financial system. Provide a high level of service support internally and externally. Support with all internal and external audits. Support the Accounts Payable Manager with additional ad-hoc duties.

Knowledge & Experience

Knowledge/ability to operate business' financial systems. Strong IT skills - especially intermediate excel knowledge. Can operate within the relevant financial guidelines and legislation and understand risk to the business of non-compliance.

A self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic self-motivated attitude who can work well within a team. Trustworthy and confident, with ethical principles and the ability to demonstrate discretion as appropriate. Ability to prioritise workload effectively; coupled with the eagerness and dedication to meet regular ongoing deadlines. Excellent communication skills to develop good working relationships with both internal and external points of contact. Analytical and accurate, with an eye for detail.
